Enablement initiative

Building a More Consultative Customer Success Organization

A series of enablement initiatives designed to strengthen consultative thinking across the Customer Success team — helping CSMs uncover business outcomes, adapt to customer intent, and consistently connect platform capabilities to measurable value.

As the organization evolved toward a more product-led operating model, I led a series of enablement initiatives designed to strengthen consultative thinking across the Customer Success team.

Rather than focusing on product knowledge alone, the objective was to help CSMs better understand customer intent, uncover business outcomes, adapt communication styles, and consistently connect platform capabilities to measurable customer value.

The work combined conceptual frameworks, repeatable coaching exercises, and practical field guides that could be reused across onboarding, coaching, and day-to-day customer engagements.
